SmartDoc Parser Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of SmartDoc Parser, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then you may not access the service or use any features.

Age Requirement

Our service is only available to individuals who are at least 13 years old. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.

User Accounts

This Agreement applies to all users of SmartDoc Parser, including both free and paying customers. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content.

Service Description

SmartDoc Parser provides AI-powered document processing services, including but not limited to:

• PDF to CSV conversion
• PDF to Excel conversion
• PDF to JSON conversion
• PDF to QBO conversion
• Batch document processing
• API access for developers

Restrictions on Use

You are prohibited from doing any of the following:

• Reverse engineering, disassembling, decompiling, or modifying the service
• Renting, leasing, or using the service for timesharing or service bureau purposes
• Removing or obscuring any proprietary notices on the service
• Using any unauthorized means to access the service or connected systems
• Interfering with the proper working of the service
• Using the service for any unlawful purpose
• Uploading malicious files or content that violates laws
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts

Fees and Payment

SmartDoc Parser offers both free and premium services. By selecting a premium service, you agree to pay the monthly or annual subscription fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with 30 days notice to existing customers.

Registration and Security

You may be required to register and create a password to use certain features of the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Data Processing and Privacy

When you upload documents to our service, we process them solely for the purpose of providing conversion services. We do not store your documents permanently and delete them within 24 hours of processing. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

Termination

SmartDoc Parser may terminate your access to the service for any reason, with or without notice, including but not limited to violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account by discontinuing your use of the service and contacting our support team.

Content Ownership and IP

You acknowledge that all content and materials on SmartDoc Parser are protected by intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of any documents you upload, but grant us a limited license to process them for service provision. You agree not to sell, license, distribute, or copy any of our proprietary materials without written authorization.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the services in a professional manner. However, the service is provided "as is" and we make no other warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SmartDoc Parser be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms of Service

SmartDoc Parser reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through our service. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
